About this game

Mindfulness as a game rather than an instruction. Children draw cards that ask them to do something, notice something, or answer something, and collect coins as they go.

Telling a child to calm down rarely works. Handing them a card that says pay attention to one specific thing for the next thirty seconds usually does, because it is a task with an end, and there is a coin at the end of it.

The tasks build the things that make a child easier in themselves: slowing down, noticing what their body is doing, holding attention on one thing, and recognising when they are wound up before it becomes something bigger.

How it plays

Two to eight players, 20 to 40 minutes. Roll, draw, do the task, take a coin. Works as a full game or as two cards before bed.

  • Children who wind up quickly and struggle to come down
  • Evenings, bedtime routines, the end of a difficult day

  • Amazing card game to practice mindfulness!

I love these mindfulness cards! They are such a great way for kids to learn how to be present and aware of their thoughts and feelings. The illustrations are really cute and the instructions are easy to follow. I highly recommend this game for any parent looking for a way to teach their kids about mindfulness.

  • Really helpful and fun

My kids (6 and 9) enjoyed a great afternoon of sharing thoughts, small tasks and fooling around while connecting to their emotions in a playful manner that helped us all share, vent and support each other's feelings in a positive and supportive ways. I am happy to have stumbled upon this card game, it's a great edition to my parenting toolbox.

The cards feature different mindfulness activities and techniques to help with focus, and the game was so fun! My daughter feels empowered and encouraged when she plays the game, and I'm so glad to have found something that helps her develop a positive relationship with her mental wellbeing 😍

  • Fun family game!

I have tried a few different mindfulness games with my family and this one has been really good. I loved that they got everyone involved and helped us to focus on the present moment, and how it can be played with people of all ages

  • Kept my two grandkids engaged

Brought the cards on my visit with my grandkids and had a good time playing with them using the cards. At the end they asked that I leave the cards with them so they can play with their parents. Worth the purchase and very satisfied.

  • Good activity, not a good game

The activities on the cards are great, but the game instructions make very little sense. While I may use the cards for mindfulness activities, I’m very disappointed in the game.
